🌿 Self-Care Moments During the Holiday Season: Priyanka’s Real Talk 🌿

When we think of holidays or festivals, we often think of parties, shopping, and celebrations — but what about ourselves?

Yes, the woman behind all the planning, cooking, decorating, and gift-wrapping — YOU. The one who manages it all but sometimes forgets the most precious thing she owns: her body and mind.

💖 The Richest Thing I Own Isn’t My Jewelry — It’s My Health

Being a working woman and a mom, I’ve realized that if I’m healthy, confident, and happy, it shows up in my family, my work, and my energy.

So no, self-care isn’t selfishness — it’s the foundation of everything we do. When we care for ourselves, we can give the best version of us to the world.

🌼 My Simple (and Real!) Self-Care Routine

Here’s what I’ve added into my “occupied” (not busy 😅) life that helps me feel balanced and confident without needing hours of free time.

💨 1. Breathing Exercises (5 Minutes of Calm)

I take a few deep breaths every morning and consciously relax each part of my body.
It’s surprising how just 5 minutes of mindful breathing can reset your entire mood.

🧖♀️ 2. Body Scrub – Once a Week

A simple herbal body scrub once a week keeps my skin fresh and my mind refreshed. Self-care can be as simple as your bath routine!

🌿 3. Herbal Hair Mask or Hair Color – Once a Month

I love using P Beauty Herbal Hair Color or our Herbal Hair Mask — it takes a little effort since it’s preservative-free and needs soaking time.
But the results? Totally worth it. Naturally colored, shiny hair, and boosted confidence!
And when I’m short on time — I switch to Henna Hair Color for a quick herbal fix.

👩👧👦 4. Story Time with My Kids (No Phone Zone)

I take time to connect with my kids — storytelling for my little one or talking school life with my elder one.
No phone, just laughter and connection. That’s real happiness.

🧘♀️ 5. Stretching Before Bath – 15–20 Minutes

My favorite routine — simple stretching before my bath. It helps release body tension and clears my mind.
Trust me, a lot of fears and doubts just stretch away! 😄

💡 Priyanka’s Self-Care Tips (That Actually Work!)

  • Add one or two mindful habits — not twenty.

  • Take 10–15 minutes for yourself daily.

  • Use natural, herbal products that make your skin and hair truly healthy.

  • Remember: when you feel good, your whole family feels it too!
